I write and deliver a personal and heart-centered ceremony, and I send you off in your lives together full of love, joy, and connection.
My marriage is the best thing in my life.
John and I got married in 2002. I didn’t want a typical, stuffy religious ceremony,
so I wrote our ceremony myself.
Universal life church was around in those days, and John’s brother got ordained on the internet in order to deliver our ceremony. My aunt still tells me it was the most beautiful wedding she’s ever been to. Not because of our location, (my brother’s backyard), or the dresses or the table decorations.
It was beautiful because our love was the star of the show.
We promised our lives to each other in a ceremony that reflected our relationship.
Honest, personal, fun, romantic and beautiful.
That’s what I want for you. I want your relationship to shine as the star of the show.

What does your fee include?
My officiant fee includes:
A questionnaire, phone interview, and in-person meeting to get to know you.
Unlimited communication via phone or email.
Writing and revising your custom, meaningful and personal ceremony.
Officiating your ceremony.
Hand delivering your marriage license to the county courthouse. (One less thing for you to do!)
What do you wear?
I’m open to special requests, I wear dresses or (if it’s a very casual wedding), pants that are simple, elegant, and timeless in earthy and neutral colors. I play a supporting role in this event, and I strive to have my style reflect that.

Are you ordained?
Yes! I am an ordained non-denominational minister in the Universal Life Church.
